    This blog chronicles the successes and failures of someone who loves to cook but habitually changes or ignores parts of recipes to improve flavor, cut down on calories, substitute ingredients or avoid extra dirty dishes. I am also more than happy to make up my own recipe if necessary. I push recipes to see how far they'll go before they break.

    When I'm not messing up the kitchen, I am a freelance writer who specializes in attorney Web pages, blog posts and SEO, along with the occasional manga and newsletter. (If you're looking for my defunct law-related blog, sorry, I put it out of its misery.)
