I’d just like to take this opportunity to congratulate my 3L friend for not being a 3L anymore — as of today, he is officially a J.D. Mad props; may it open the right doors.
It’s far too late for me to add anything meaningful to the wealth of information on the blogosphere about In Re Marriage Cases, if I ever could have. The LA Times has a short interview with Ron George in today’s paper that goes into his decision-making process a little.

Thank you. It’s really only opened the door to extreme sleepiness thus far… and I still have to pack. Yargh.
